Run Training There will be no run training in August and September
Winter Run training restarts from 5th Oct
Please remember that Running is on Monday and Friday and will depart the Swim Venues at 7pm prompt
Derek will be taking out the Monday one and Nick Moore will be taking out the Friday Run
Please remember that these runs start with a slow run warm up together for about 10 minutes There is then a session of about 20 minutes and then a cool down back to the poll
These sessions are Ideal for all standards and are always acompanied by a coach to look after you.
