training in the PYRENNEES
If anyone is interested we have a house in louvie juzon (south of pau) it is close to the Col Aubisque and Marie Blanc,the Tourmalet and Hautcam within cycling distance as well. Next year we hope to be running a B & B service from may/june and a holiday package as well.Normally i go over in may and june to do some cyclesportives ie. Bernard Becas in may and/or the Louis Ocana in june. There is also another one the Bearn Cyclesportive in june which uses part of the etape route. A couple of years ago the etape went from Mourenx to Pau and we had a few people stay over for the race from Reading Tony/Amanda Stevens, Graham/Jean Perkins and also a visit from Andy Jackson and Ali Taylor (i am sure they would give a good recommendation for our location).So if anyone is interested in accommodation only package or a tailor made individual package then drop us a mail.
